My chosen remix style was to give the song more of a mellow feel by removing the synth, and slowing down and altering the piano part. Using mainly Ableton my remix demonstrates the use of time stretching, reversing samples, freezing and flattening reverb tracks and using the tail as a build up along with integrating a midi flute, altered to sound more like a bass synth or even electric guitar.

A remix is a version of a song alternate to the original, with the remixer using their own choice of EQ, effects, adding or subtracting elements and almost any other aspect of the various musical components featured.
